Does first touch refer to only the first touch, or all touches if the player goes on a dribble run?

Ive got Joe Aribo who has first touch 19 and dribbling 16.

He is incredible when he goes on runs, and it seems like every touch of the ball he takes whilst on one of his runs is a 19.

So now Im wandering about what touch relates to. The description says only the first touch.
