Example : I have played 15 games at leage and 6 games at Champions League. Player started all CL games in the first 11 and 10 league games, but he looked unhappy.I can say "You are a valuable member, i will fix this", or "I will put you in Cup Games", or "I think your a backup player now, you have to get used to it" etc. But I want say him, "Hey, You are playing enough, no need to worry about your first team place". 3 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is an idea that has come up before and has been passed on to the design team however it may yet be rejected or with further development make it into a future iteration of FM.
