Cup Awards minimun matches

I am trying to edit a cup best player award but it keeps awarding players that played little amount of games, like this:

 

this is how the awards rule is setted:

 

And this is how the competition is setted:

there are 9 games for 1st division teams and 10 for the rest, it makes no sense for me.

Possibly a date issue? I believe the Argentine league is Jul-May but the Cup I believe the Copa Argentina is Jan - Dec. So it could be that the award is only counting matches for the current season, ie. from the July season update onwards, which would be only 4 games?

i set the argentine season and all competitions to august-may period, and set award period to: of the competition

i think the problem is:

the minimum % of games played is about the % of games the team played, and not de % games of overall competition

so if a player gets 10.0 of rating in the first 3 matches, misses the next match and the team is eliminated, it will count for the award as he played 75% of the games
