Nation Mass Editing - Help!!

I want every nation to have continent transfer preferences to 20 to each one of 6 continents, is there a way to do this in or out the pre game editor? some software os something like this?

Easiest here would be to first remove all transfer preferences and then mass edit by selecting all nations (per continent) and add the other 5 nations and set them to 20.

I am looking at it in FM22 and FM20 and it seems things have changed which makes this mass editing impossible. I did it in FM20, but doing it in FM22 doesn't show the option.

can i do this in the 2020 editor and verify on the 22 editor?

You can edit the data in FM20 and then load it into FM22 yes.

didnt worked either, tried with only 2 nations of same continent and region to see and it didnt show up
