Luizinho
My manager's profile has a level of discipline of 10 and has had so for four seasons. I set it at 10, as I didn't want it too easy, with players coming with issues regarding contracts, playing time, etc.. However it's now starting to get a bit annoying... Is there anyway to improve this attribute?
du Garbandier
My current one went from 15 to 19 in about 4 years. I've found in the past that it improves more slowly from a lower start.
Freakiie
I generally increase a couple punishments from the basic Code of Conduct the game sets and hand out warnings for poor play whenever I can and my manager always is quickly known as a "Strict Disciplinarian", so I guess acting like that should help boost Level of Discipline?
rsihn
For whom? You or your staff? Your (you/the manager) discipline can increase over time by gaining licenses and through disciplinary actions. For your staff though, the LoD stat is a fixed number that doesn't change so make sure they have a sufficient value in this when you hire them. fc.cadoni
Yes. Always starting without coaching badges and with lowest reputation. LOD was 1 when I was started (34 y.o), now I am 47 y.o and looks like this. Code of Conduct is playing the biggest role; how to setup it.
FrazT
Manager level of discipline will definitely go up with experience and the right sort of player discipline- be wary however, that it has to be fair discipline and not just heavy handed like 2 weeks fine for a first offence.
