You can merge the competitions. Merging the continents less so. It is not possible to remove a continent completely.

but how do it affects the game if i turn one continent completely inactive? like with no countries, competitions or anything to be played?

No idea, I have considered it but never tested it out.

When removing agreements the game reacted weird graphically as the game has a graphic representation that expects all agreements to be there. That might also happen for the continent that ends up empty, but..., it could also mean you have a North America continent with nothing under it.

This is why I always keep all 6 continents in the game, even if there are only 2 nations in a continent it removes the chance of it failing I think.

Is it possible to do it? Merge the continents, club and nations competitions, world cup qualifiers and create a champions league format with coefficients?

I have a few files that merger both continents together but separate ranking
