player overview popup panel

I have a problem with a skin that I really love and I wanna play with it. when I'm hovering over this icon the player profile is not showing, also I have a video footage of it.

this is the FMF file of the skin or this, i don't know how to fixe it or witch line of code is causing the problem

@nzarbayezidYou need the Player Overview Popup Panel, add that to the Player folder found under Panels>Player

what's a PM?
this is the skin file of the skin I'm using LINK, if you are not feeling safe this is the official link of the skin, I'm so grateful for your help 'cause I'm trying to fix it since yesterday
