[Suggestion] Allow the searching of staff by gender

I have often though that it would be a great idea to be able to search staff by gender. With more and more women entering coaching, this seems like an idea that should be in the game.

It's not something that we're looking to implement as it's not a 'filter' you can discriminate by in real life. 

While women entering coaching is great, we don't want to have an option in game where users can thereby exclude them from searching by only seeking male staff. (I realise you suggested the opposite, but we can't have one without the other!)
