baobenz Posted May 24, 2022 Share Posted May 24, 2022 Got new job at Chelsea and the coaching staff is worst so I terminated contract with all of them. Now is time to find the new staffs. My question is should we try to find and hire coaches that have the same tactical-style, preferred formation, playing style with me Or I should only focus on their attributes and personality ?
