Make players we've bid on aware of registration deadlines

If you're playing in Latvia, Croatia, Poland, Czech Republic and a number of similar leagues, your transfer windows end at a later date, usually after the registration deadlines for the continental competitions group stages/knockout rounds have passed. Currently, the players you're trying to sign don't take those deadlines into consideration when they're deciding on your contract offer and will happily take a day or two longer to make a decision than to play continental football for your club. It would be great if players would be aware of those deadlines while deciding on our offer or if we could, at least, have the option to remind them about said deadlines when we try to convince them to make an earlier decision.
