Time for my last save attempt of this years edition.

 

25 clubs and everybody share 2 similarities.

1. They are into the playable league at the start. (patch 12.4)

2. Lets use Bayer 04 Leverkusen as example.

Five times Bayer 04 came close....but they never won the Bundesliga.

Every club were in this position at some point.

Lets change this.

 

Couple of clubs will be easy like Bayer 04 or Leipzig, but we also got a tier 4 team in Oldham.

 

Couple of guidelines I will follow:

- start umemployed, as my alter ego I use World Cup winner Marcos Ferreira again

- once one of those jobs is open and Im unemployed, I need to apply

- once I finish my mission, I will resign at the end of the season

- I only use my scouts and the transfer list, no player search

- I will heavily use my DoF, prob goin full DoF mode

 

This save will not about any national teams or youth development.

There is only one goal, fulfill the clubs destiny.

The DB isnt crazy big, just the top 8 leagues.

Did the interview and I gave the best answers.

But they offered only 470k transfer budget and I asked for a bit more.

Lets see what happens.

Well 5 days later they approached me.

I cant say no to the additional 55k.

 

Looking at the league table...I mean thats not that bad.

Only a lot of draws.

Good start.

West Brom was to clever for us, but we for Barnsley.

The November doesnt look that scary.

Shef United is prob the biggest task.

Almost beat Blackburn, but no chance vs Sheffield.

Overall the team is playing really well. Just need to get better in the defense.

Nothing really scary.

I think we got a chance vs QPR and Hull.

December 2021 - Championship

We won the games we need to win and we sadly lost both games against Hull and QPR.

Hull was a wild game.

 

Coming Up

Besides Fulham and the FA Cup game we should win all those matches.

Or atleast I want to.

 

Also lets see what we can do on the transfer market in January.

Three players from our the U23 and Kalas.

 

Kalas is a decent player, but 1,5 mio/year wages is just to much.

Also we got enough depths in the RB position.

We are pretty light in the CB role and we need a Klose replacement.

Yes he is 32, but a players cant be "to old". There are only good and bad players for me.

We are in the 4th round of the FA Cup.

In the league we pretty much got the expected points.

Nothing scary again. Hopefully we see a lot of green here.

 

Matheus Costa is the much needed improvement in the CB position.

Three games and he doing some work in the back.

Smith doesnt look very impressive, but Yiadom is a solid upgrade at RB.

Overall the DoF is doing well.

February 2022 - Championship

We are in the 5th round of the FA Cup.

The league games went pretty well, only lost vs a strong Forest.

 

Looking at the table I think we can be happy.

Its still pretty close, we even got a slight chance of playoffs.

We drew Chelsea away....I guess this will be a nice payday!

West Brom and Blackburn will be pretty tough.

After the first 60 minutes this game was done, no chance.

But at the end with some complacency we almost came back.

After an intense first half, I took out the AMC and put in a DM.

With that we killed the game and secure us the final.

In the PL Im planing to drop the AMC to a DM, so we play 433 in the bigger games.

End Of Season Review 2021/22

 

We got promoted to the Premier League!

My personal plan was next season, but I take that.

Now we need to find the right players to help us survive next season.
