jaridrobson
Hi I am currently managing Hendon in the Vanarama National league in my second season of the DAFUGE challenge. I have the option to request my club to change to full time from semi pro, however I am unsure whether to do this? Will my clubs finances be greatly effected By going full time ? Or is there a perfect time to change? I am aware that if I get promoted to league 2 I will have to go full time so should I wait until then? currently umming and ahhing about what to do any help/tips or past experiences would be greatly appreciated 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Thebaker
you can request it as the option is always there, but unless your finances are very high the board will refuse it on that basis. Used to need £2 million in the bank for a board to consider it but that might have changed.
TheNapalmNerd
Be sure to have a lot of players on non contracts when you go full time. Most times your wage budget wont be ready for it, and you will have to take a few steps backwards, if youre not fully prepared
