Can the belgian league have tycoons?

i did take a look at the EDT file it says belgium cant have consortiums but they aint in the list for rich takeovers so wondering if anyones had one

do you have them often in your safe buddy?
im in august 2026 now not even a sniff or anyone getting a takeover not that ive seen anyway including myself at anderlecht ive not even had one rumour

Belgium has by far the most tycoon takeovers for me. In my 2042 save there were 5 clubs with a sugar daddy.

looking at the year it  makes sense i suppose    i will be a bit more patient & play until 2035 to see what happens   =)
