Linesman waves a fluroscent flag to be more clearly seen

From a sideline view, you cant see whether the linesman has waved his flag or not after a tight through ball.

It would be good if:

1) The flag was made fluorescent, to be more easily seen

2) The linesman waves the flag more clearly and faster, so it can be perceived even from a sideline view.

This was actually offside, but you cant see the linesman wave his flag at all.

My eye goes to the linesman as soon as the ball is played, but I cant tell what his decision is.

Then I watch the move play out, unsure whether it is offside or not, which reduces the fun.
