Competition rules as in real Advanced Rules editor 2022

Hello does anyone have experience with the flexible rules? To the leagues so the rules are real. I'm currently trying to implement that for the Regionalliga Nordost season 2021/22 when 4 teams from the 3rd league are relegated to the Regionalliga Nordost. Since the number of teams for the 2022/23 season will be reduced from 20 to Min 18 Max 20. Set it like in real.

and same for Oberliga Nordost St. North 2021/22 from 21  to 18 2022/23 and South 2021/22 19 to 18 2022/23
