Coaches and preferred formations

I'm in my second season with Derby after escaping relegation on the last day of the season! I'm two games into my second season and contemplating having a coach reshuffle. I'm playing a 4-1-2-2-1 wing play style from clean slate. Would you consider sacking your 3 of your 4 coaches (Gold badges) to bring in 3 more coaches (albeit it with silver badges) but ones that favour your current formation? I'm thinking about it but wanted to get opinions first.

Good question. Not knowing what effect the favoured formation has on training, and often not be able to find coaches to match everything I want anyway, I favour the badge level and try to find the best coaches for a balanced range of specialisms. If I can't get gold coaches I heavily favour those with natural ability as if you can get them higher badges this is the best position.

Same as Elliot, honestly never paid attention to preferred formation for coaches, only with my 2nd so my B team players play in the same positions ill play them in the future.
