[Fm22] - What If? Northern Ireland secured the TV right of the English Leagues - Extended NI pyramid and enhanced money

This one is pure fun. What would happen if you gave a minnow country the financial benefits of the top of the tree?

Using my extended league system for NI and adding in the rough money of the English leagues this one is great fun to play, sometime I'll manage a few teams at once to try and get the infrastructure in place and then see how it plays out.

Tested and no breaks over 200 years in editor and 10 years in game.
