Cheez3y
May 2023 - CAF Champions League - Semi Final - 2nd Leg Sadly for the first time, we played really bad.... And a big team like Club Africian punish this. Still we got into the semi final of the CL in our first attempt. We made some really nice money. Watson156
Things are going really nicely. Is there an overall plan for this save, like move around to other teams or are you going to be solely focusing on DR Congo & Motema?

I would like to stay at Motema and make that a one club save. Make the Linafoot the best league in Africa (currently 12th), which should take a while. Also I want to become one of the biggest African youth exports. Find and develop gems for the biggest club in Europe. With DR Congo the target is clear. Turn it into a African powerhouse, which dominates the continent and in the end....win the World Cup. This time compared to China or KSA, I dont have unlimited money and I cant just buy players and wait. Its all about progress of the league and the national team. Once we are up in the rankings and with strong connections to France and Belgium, hopefully we can make dual nationality players switch asap. Buy why DR Congo? I think it got the biggest chances for an African country to win the World Cup. (besides Nigeria) The ingame stuff like game importance, youth rating, FA financial power etc are pretty decent. The league is self sustainable. DR Congo got a population of 115 mio. AND we can use the power of France and Belgium. For e.g last intake there where already 35-40 players with dual nationalities in all of Europe

Cheez3y
June 2023 - Friendly I didnt realized, that we play Uruguay in our friendlies before the AFCON. They asked us and I accepted it. We travelled all the way over to Montevideo and get a pretty nice draw. Uruguay is currently 7th in the WR.
Cheez3y
May/June - Linafoot We finished the season strong and undefeated. Champions! Coming Up There is still more things to winl, since the cup always starts in May. Its an interesting format. There are prelims rounds which are played in 3 regions. And after 4 round you are in the final stage. Well TP Mazembe failed in the 4th prelim round. This should be the cup. Cheez3y
June 2023 - Friendly Another big draw in my eyes. Egypt is always one of the best teams in Africa. Overall I think both friendlies were pretty good.

There is interest in some players. Idk what the summer will bring.

Ronaldo Beckham
@Cheez3y Have you tried calling up Pelly Rudock-Mpanzu yet ? I just started a new save with Luton Town FC and I noticed Pelly is eligible to play for DR Congo so I thought I would mention it as he been pretty good for me. I assume you have either called him already or still trying.

PIs based on the players stats. I explained it in my China save. Basicly.. If you cant shoot, then pls do it less. If you cant cross, then pls do it less. 6 minutes ago, Ronaldo Beckham said: @Cheez3y Have you tried calling up Pelly Rudock-Mpanzu yet ? So he isnt currently interested at the moment. I give him a scout, but he is still at Luton and now is currently in League One.

Which means he is on the same level as the other mids I got. But he is an actual B2B which can also dribble. If he wants at some point, he gets a call up. Ty for the tip.
Cheez3y
AFCON 2023 - Quarter Final What a game... First 90 minutes of fighting. Then they got the lead in the injury time of the first extra time. But 2min after the 2nd half starts Matete got us the equalizer. Pens are always a lottery. We play South Africa next. In the other semi final is bloody Kenya! Have you got other nations loaded in Africa? I use the megapack from Dave and I got all African nations loaded. + Top 5 + Belgium + Holland My scouting network is slowly gettin in the right direction. All I need are 2-3 more and just better scouts (with decent wages), hopefully some newgens are coming soon. I do a lot of "national team scouting" every call up and got the screen flow adjusted. Also trails are very useful in Africa as it seems, especially from smaller leagues/nations. I already got a transfer done for 2024 because of it. A newgen keeper from Guinea. He was call up for the AFCON U23 with 16 years, so he must be decent, since I got the Guinean league loaded. He came on trail and after 2 weeks, I saw he already got almost every important stat above 10 and he is a Model Citizen! Easy 70k spent. Currently my setup looks like this: DR Congo + Congo Angola + Zambia + Zimbabwe Tanzania + Kenya + Uganda Ghana + Ivory Coast + Burkina Faso Nigeria + Cameroon It just missin scouts for: Senegal - Gambia - Guinea Mali - Burkina Faso (to get more out of Ghana - Ivory Coast) maybe South Africa - Mozambik I can skip Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt and tbh South Africa, because of wages and reputation. And the other countries are not really worth and I can scout with the national team.
Cheez3y
AFCON 2023 - Semi Final Spicy game after a boring first half. I subbed Silas in at half time and the team was a different one. Cheez3y
Transfer Summer 2023 OUT We made some nice money in the summer. I pretty much accepted all incoming offers (after negotiations) All players had only 12 months left on theirs deals, so this is perfect. Player which featured heavily last season were Mutimbanyoka, Bayindula and Masangu. Spoiler IN With all the money coming in, we spent some. The important transfers are Barry, Luwana, Outattara and Bitumazala. The rest are just some cheap backups. Spoiler
