How do i fullfill board promise to promote youth what citeria do i have to meet?

i noticed the request at the start in my boards expectations but played out the season and won the championship with bham city on 95 points then got sacked because i didnt develop youth.How many games do players from youth have to play and how many players and how are we supposed to know this does it tell us somewhere in the game feels like a wasted season.They didnt sack me until start of preseason dont make sense.

Could be a bug this... Ive seen players sacked for winning the league. Did the board recognise you won the league? Last time i seen this, the player had won the league, but the board said they got relegated.

Would you mind indicating what version of the game you're using and what message was given when you were sacked?

(as far as I'm aware there is no message where you'd be sacked for not developing youth in the mobile game)

@Lynchyy - if you ever get sacked after winning the league then please send me a save game from just before if possible and I'll look into it, the only time I've seen this happen was when a user was in a lower league and was spamming job applications around left and right after having pestered the board with board requests (and he had been warned by them previously for this behavior).

Yes board recognised me winning the league had a manager rating of a+ but they sacked me because I didn’t develop youth

I'm fairly certain you aren't playing the mobile game at this point - you might want to post in the full-fat forums if that is the game you're playing?
