Disciplining Players for poor performance

There's a bug when giving players a warning or a fine for poor performances? Instead of them recognising that the fine is for a poor performance they comeback and say whether they're happy or unhappy of the warning/fine for "unprofessional behaviour". Leading to someone who's player a 6.0 game or thereabouts not acknowledging their performance. And if they've been carrying out their duties well they don't feel the warning/fine is fair as the game no longer recognises it's the game you're unhappy with and not them in general.
