How do I make my ballon d'or level players perform to their maximum?

I have just one goal. Get these three players to perform as well as possible. Any suggestions?

 

 

This is my tactic. It's a pep recreation of sorts  Overall it does fairly well (won the league and fa cup, but lost the cl final), but my star players don't produce the consistent world class performances that they should).
