bestfootie Posted January 26, 2022 Share Posted January 26, 2022 I've noticed that when a club has maxed out its league's loan rules (e.g. in the premier league it seems to be two long-term loans per season) the game blocks a player from even negotiating a long-term loan with another club for one of their players. Perhaps it could be that the block only kicks in at the signing stage as this will enable players to end their existing long-term loans if they are successful in their subsequent negotiations?
