ThomasHK1979
As the title says. Who do you consider the best advanced forward between 21-23 years old?

Poison
You already have him! Well, maybe not the best (that would probably be Mbappe) but he's certainly up there. I'm talking about Leao of course. If you are managing Milan, that is.
ThomasHK1979
Any budget really. I am playing Milan. But I am not sure Leao´s finishing (12) is good enough. Of course I am would rather find players that are not that obvious like Mbappe and Leao.

smplfc123
Terem Moffi - Lorient. Scored 15 in a relegation-threatened team last season. Need a little work on some mental stats, but at 22, could grow in to a monster!

Welshace
The best is clearly at your rivals at Inter... but besides Lautaro... You have obvious ones like Felix, Vlahovic, Isak, Osimhen.. Less obvious, more obtainable ones would be Gouiri, Dolberg, Matheus Cunha, Brenner (at cincinnati). But my favourite.. and perfect for you... would be Raspadori ... Honestly though, Leao is better than most on my list... Finishing isn't as important an attribute as you think

Who has the highest potential? 9 times out of 10 it will be Raspadori as his potential is fixed whereas Brenner's varies from save to save but can be higher. Honestly though, Brenner has some excellent starting attributes regardless of where his potential lands on your save. I've found he's a consistent performer too. Raspadori would be a good shout for a homegrown option though.

Finishing isn't as important an attribute as you think I can say this is true. Gerard Moreno did a ''Torres'' when I played against Atletico Madrid. He rounded the keeper, got the ball on his preferred left foot and missed for open goal. And he has 16-18 finishing.
Tullekunstner
The three best, by a large margin, is Mbappe, Haaland and Lautaro. Behind that, I can get behind Osimhen, Brenner, Isak and Esposito as really good budget options. Gonçalo Ramos a year younger than your range, but is worth taking a look at as well. Raspadori without a doubt.... almost always becomes world class .. and italian, and easily obtainable for your team i'd say...
