Problem getting competition to appear in Advanced Rules

After allocating the UEFA European Cup WInners' Cup (Unique ID 1301395) to a nation, I cannot get it to appear in the nation's list of competitions. Is this a bug? I can do it for the other UEFA competitions (Champions League, Europa League and Super Cup). This should be a simple task!

This might be because it was extinct so there are no active competition rules. Champions League are active competition, so will have rules.

It's strange as I would have thought if I made the competition active in basic rules I would then be able to continue in advanced. I have found a way round it by using the European Conference League and changing the name. I'm in the process of putting all the structures together. Fingers crossed it works. I'm hopeful though as I now have my 4 80s European style competitions all saved in the advanced rules.

Ah ok, I would expect the same yes. Have done some editing on it and no issue for me, but I was working on an older file, so that might be have been a difference.

Just to tie this up, I solved this by adding the original uefa cup winners cup whilst in advanced rules>List>Europe>Continent>Competitions and then clicked add.
