Pre-Game Editor - Red Comment appearing in Player - Contract -Loan Panel

Recently in saved edit files a red "Comment" has appeard in Players - Contract - Loan Panel.

 

I dont know what caused it to be there, appears to be in all Players Loan Panels, not just editted ones.   

Not sure if it actually DOES anything in game.  

 

Fortunately I do daily save files, so I'm only losing 3 days of minor edits.  

 

Anyone know what causes this?  Any way to undo it once it pops up to a current save file? Or what, if any impact it has in game?

It has no impact in the game, it’s to allow you to make notes in the editor. If you click into it and remove the word comment it should disappear.
