Indicator for number of subs during the game

Hi SI,

Compliments of the season. With the new subs rule implemented by FIFA, I was wondering if it is possible to put some sort of indicator as to the number of times left to make substitutions. So for example, I have 5 subs that I can make at 3 points of the game... when make a change for the time, have an indicator saying something like "two more times to make subs" 

I had to do some research and found out that once ONE team (and not both) makes a sub at half time, it doesn't count as "one instance" of making a sub. If there is already an indicator like that can you tell me how to get to it? It would be nice to have a visual representation instead of tryin to remember all the time how may more times can I sub a player. Thanks and keep safe

Thanks for taking the time to make these suggestions, this is quite a recent rule change with the specific example you've given. Where do you believe this kind of information would be best displayed?

I think this would be a good idea. Perhaps it could be indicated with a confirm substitutions pop-up that can be disabled for those who would rather keep it as it is?

Personally I would like this feature as I almost always manage in non-english leagues and have come across a few that have the 5 subs over 3 times.
