Transfer negotiations on unsolicited offers

When multiple teams make offers on a player that you haven’t listed or offered out for transfer, I can’t seem to negotiate past the price.  In this scenario, most of the time you receive multiple offers at the same price, but I can’t find a way to add anything to that, like a sell on clause or a buy back.  
 

I’ve just been rejecting them mostly, but I’d like to figure out how to go deeper on these offers.
