You can not manage United, because neither can Ole. 

- Must change formation and tactics every 4 games

- Must sign a player for more than 20,000,000 every season and not play them. 

- No negativity whatsoever, positive In the media and to your players. 

- You can play all of your players in the correct position, but on the wrong roles. Or with the correct role, but on the wrong side. 

- Don’t make signings until deadline day. And if you discover a weak spot in your squad you must wait 2 full seasons to sign a player in that position.
