Is Dynamic Youth Rating in the touch version? What determines the number of scouts you have available for assignment? I signed a new chief scout which increased it, but what stat of the chief scout is responsible for the number? I see current affiliates are in the game. Can you request new ones (didn't see it under board requests)? Even if you cant request them is this something the board may do on their own? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
rich10 Posted November 14, 2021 Share Posted November 14, 2021 I don't know the answer to your first question 100% but I recall reading somewhere that it is. As for 2. The quality (star rating) of your chief scout determines the number of scouts he has under him. And 3. The board handle your affiliates, you're unable to intervene.
