VV Katwijk - In youth we trust!

Back to the youth academy challenge, this time in FM22. I started a beta save but the Ajax staff drove me crazy so I decided to re-simulate and take whatever team that will get promoted.
So... Here we are. VV Katwijk, a small city club with some fanatic fans... Sounds like a club I might enjoy managing!

I couldn't manage a club without proper kits, so... Here we are, designed by yours truly.

Good luck! I was reloading this evening in Holland and Katwijk popped up most of the times. Their is a big chance I'll be joining you soon in Holland but not with Katwijk.

I was really surprised to see how fanatic their fans are. Really got me more emotionally invested

Good luck in Katwijk! Youth only shouldn't be a problem given it's one of the most orthodox Dutch reformed villages in the country
