JRoberts2
Just been looking through my players 'training rating' and all of them bar 4 are in the red (this being a rating of below 6) Club Atmosphere is in the middle, with Cohesion and Support high in the green What can I do to improve this? Training Rating = happiness + development I'd work on increasing your squad morale, as well as make sure there's not too many players that are unhappy with their training. Praising their conduct and commenting on their performances regularly can help with that. I'd also make sure your schedules aren't too light, as otherwise players can't develop well enough. ryandormer
Agreed with the above--for me, training ratings are always really high when my team are doing well, poorer when not doing so well. Players I have arguments with, or put on the transfer list, tend to have abysmal training ratings. Players with excellent morale are hitting 8-10 regularly. Looks to me like morale is the big one. I also find that younger players promoted to the senior team routinely do well.
Barcafan27
I give a lot of feedback to players on their training rating (almost every week) - praising 8+, critiquing below 7 and even being critical occasional of 7-7.95 and it’s very effective. Most players will elevate their training into the 8 range pretty quickly.
