clovve
hi, one quick question. can i get a job offer from another club while i employed by a club? i admit i never played fm more than 5 seasons. but in my time which is 5 seasons i never been offered a single job from any clubs even tho ive a pretty good records (won 1 ucl, 2 premierships, 1fa cup, 1 sl). i only can move to another club by applying to a job. btw i experience this in fm 21(was), and fm22 now. kevhamster
Yes you can. Clubs may be put off if they'd need a pay a lot of compensation to get you.
Scotty Walds
Yes you can be offered interviews by other clubs, which you can take or reject
SuperRedditch
When I'm climbing the managerial ladder, I like to negotiate in a reduced compensation requirement clause into my contracts and try and only sign 1 year extensions. Gives you more flexibility and makes you more enticing for better clubs to poach you with the caveat that it'll cost you less for your current club to sack you if you start struggling. What's life without a little risk though?
