Butters76
I see some media discussion in my game about scrapping VAR. Me and Klopp are really for scrapping it in game. Is that a possibility in ie. season 4?
rusty217
Rules can change, but not spontaneously. Any changes for future years are already set up in the database to happen when the time is right eg. the World Cup being 32 teams in 2022, but 48 from 2026 onwards. cris182
Most unlikely that will change so be prepared to be asked after every game because VAR plays a part in every game when you manage in a league with it
FrazT
Rules are normally hard coded and can only change in the game with a data update and that would only happen once any rule change has been officially announced and a date for implementation is released.

Dagenham_Dave
It's something I wish was in the game. Dynamic rule changes (if implemented correctly) would be a fantastic addition. It would be great, say, 10-15 years into a save and your nation's league system changes, eg new number of teams in the league, introduction or restructuring of playoffs etc. At the moment, the only thing that's dynamic is the amount of European places per league I think.
