Beta's been out a week or so at this point, so people have been jumping in with their skins. Feel free to showcase what you have!

Same rules as last year.

Rules:

• This thread serves it's purpose to inspire other skinmakers and/or show off your hard work, not the skin that you're currently using. If you're using another skin as a base, please credit and link the skin.
• Please specify whether you want to release the skin or not. This will prevent a million questions like last year. If the creator isn't planning on releasing, don't ask.
• Be respectful.

That looks wonderful! Love the 'Last Club' and the way that contract panel sits. Is the attribute polygon using the primary team colour as the outer layer or is it just luck that they are both blue?

Just blue. Would be cool to have it change but you haven to define each colour, it doesn't transition itself

Those player profile and club info panels are clean! Nice work.

I like the blue colour for the entire of my life so it was a very easy choice when I decide to make FM22 dark skin with blue instead of purple and ost of the boxes and buttons were made blue instead of purple. I'm 100% sure I won't be able to remove all the purple colour from the skin but I like the progress I made so far.

Just a dark simple skin with many small tweaks that regular players won't even notice (no harm).

It's still a work in progress with limited time in hand.

Another bluish one.. I am also running away from the pink / purple. Still working on it.

I'm building it for myself as I play on a large resolution but I need the zoom at 150%. Not going to release it.

Ive only done a couple of half pages, just not in the mood yet.   Need to make a panel for the manager and completely tidy up the lower half of the player profile

Very nice, like it a lot. Think it'd look cool with the inbox content's transparent, but that's just a suggestion!

Yours is amazing - a lot of custom details and a neat layout.

Im not sure if i will use any skins this year . Im happy with the original and from what i am seeing so far they seem to be just like the FM21 skins and i would rather have a skin that portrays FM22 rather than FM21 . Dont get me wrong as you guys have done a great job but essentially they feel like a FM21 skin .

Compared to the changes in the game itself last year the new game now is very much identical to FM 2021 so coding is relatively the same.

The changes from FM 2020 to FM 2021 were major and needed skins to be completely overhauled.

One can even wonder if an upgrade from FM2021 to FM2022 even makes sense (besides the data update), but I haven’t played much yet.

90% of the skin content looks the same but that’s because of the lack of changes in the game all together.

This is just my impression of it and my own skin will also be very much similar besides a few changes in coding needed.

God, I download every skin I see and this thread is just teasing. Also, I need to learn how to Skin, or at least edit existing skins for my own use.

Plan is to try and make something easily configurable, so people can pick a colour palette from colordesigner.io, select a box design,  a choice of layout and whether to have numeric or non-numeric attributes, to easily tailor the skin to their liking without needing any real knowledge of skinning.  Might be being a little bit too ambitious for my skill level, though!

Looking really good.  Seems minor, but the grey stripe tint really helps that blue stand out

This looks great and really like the idea of picking a color scheme from that website and various customization options.

Well now you ask, You made the skin last year and i made some Modifications to it (transparency) that kind of thing, I have tried to implement it into this years FM and to be fair its not too bad but there are a few things i'm not happy with and i have absolutely 0 idea on how it all works, It's like another Language....

On the Man City Club page where i've put the White box is Not selectable i can't do anything there for some reason if you have any ideas of what i can do to make that work again that would be great.

Selectors are broken on the Club Overview screen this year. Don't ask me why, but they don't.

Most files from the Player Overview screen work on the scouting screen. Just need to have the highlighted code

This looks great, and I especially love that you brought back the attributes into the scouting report! This has been a major annoyance to me in the new game, since I generally can't be bothered to click on every player they suggest.

I'm going to try to edit it based on your post above, hope this can be done as a skinning noob.

Been playing around with colour palettes.  Want to make sure that it can consistently work with using the colordesigner site and only needing to change a handful of values in the settings files.  Probably going to wait until the weekend when I have more time to tackle what is needed for a "light" skin.

You need to add that code into the existing file in the correct place, rather than just replace the existing code with that code.

There was no Existing file in the place that @bluestillidie00had said where it should be so i created it from and exisiting XML file (Copy and Pasted) and deleted the stuff on there and pasted it and changed the heading but it hasn't worked

Managed to work on your suggestion .. it really looks better.

Added some changes to player overview and worked on other panels also - little bits here and there to fit this strange combo of resolution and zoom that I use.

Like that a lot. For a first effort, one of the best I've seen
