Deisler26
So, our 2031 academy scholars came in. We're at Exceptional Youth Coaching and Exceptional Youth Recruitment. As ever, we will sign all the youth players and work on their flaws. When it comes to professional contracts, it'll be only the DNA qualifiers that get a contract. More good level prospects, it seems. Hopefully, we can restock the cupboard Let's look at the top 3 DNA prospects. WBR/DM/MC Christian Kurz - Work Rate: 15, Pace 15, Technique 12 - DNA: PASSED Another glorious entry into the Half Back role, we'll lock this guy down ASAP ML/AMC Andrew Okoye - Work Rate: 14, Pace 15, Technique 15 - DNA: PASSED Finally, a home-grown ML. Him and probably Ben Boina will go into be a future first XI DM/M/AMC Timo Wolf - Work Rate: 14, Pace 14, Technique 13 - DNA: PASSED Nailed on Segundo Volante. Also, not too far off the first team as well. The future is bright. Edited January 23 by Deisler26
SixPointer
Nice results in the DFB and ECL! great intake as well, I love how the players coming through are stacked in the DNA that your wanting. I can’t make my mind up who is the best out of the three top prospects, probably Wolf with his fantastic football intelligence at only 15.
Sonic Youth
Some excellent results in those updates, well except for the ‘keeper-less Bayern Munich result Can’t though work out if this means your struggling or flying Now that’s a fantastic bunch of players you’ve got from that intake. Pretty much a midfield if they progress well. I think I like Kurz just over Wolf just because of how he can anchor your midfield.

Deisler26
A serious case of sophmore slump or, more accurately, we took our eye off the league, finishing in 10th place in 1.Bundesliga, a full 12 points off a European spot. However, we graced a second successive DfB Pokal Final appearance and, in our first ever time in Europe, made the UEFA Europa Conference Final. Sadly, they were both defeats, so we got nothing for next season. We were worse than last season at 12th in Goals Scored this season , but better defensively in 4th in Goals Conceded! I'm not convinced we can keep the team together this season, so I'll be looking to integrate some youth if things go sideways. 1.Bundesliga Results July - Dec1.Bundesliga Results Jan - MayUEFA Europa Conference League Results Player StatsCommercial Summary More things change, more things stay the same. Deisler26
Now we're over 5 years into the game and this save is all about trying to get the cream of youth into the team, we'll start to look at my historical youth intakes. At the end of every season, I'll go back and look at an intake from my time here at Viktoria Berlin and see if the key prospects worked out? Or if they flamed out, never to be seen again. So, for this edition, let's look at the Class of 2026 intake We'll concentrate on the Top 3 DNA prospects, unless there are any notable deviations. The key prospects in this intake were striker Jörg Eiblmayr, wide player Wojciech Bednarski and defensive midfielder Nenad Joksimović Jörg Eiblmayr Then. 15 years old, FC Viktoria 1899 Berlin Now. 20 years old, FC Erzgebirge Aue Jörg was not much of a prospect, but the one of the best in that barren field of an intake. He stayed at the club, not making any appearances for the club at any point, not even for the II side. However, Regionalliga side FC Erzgebirge Aue decided to sign him on a free in the January 2029 window. He made a last-minute sub appearance that season, but has not taken the field since. Wojciech Bednarski Then. 16 years old, FC Viktoria 1899 Berlin Now. 21 years old, de Graafschap Wojciech was much the same, a nothing prospect that actually played 34 games for our II side in 2028/29, Next season, however, he was let go for free when then-Keuken Kampioen Divisie side de Graafschap came in for him in the summer of what was to be their promotion season. Since then, he has made 29 appearances for the club, assisting once for an average rating of 6.74 Nenad Joksimović Then. 15 years old, FC Viktoria 1899 Berlin Now. 21 years old, IFK Lidingö FK Nenad was the last of the 'talents' of this group and he suffered pretty much the same fate as Bednarski above. 33 games for the II side, but took the leap into Scandinavia, as he signed for Ettan Fotboll North side IFK Lidingö FK in time for their 2029 season. Currently, he has made 29 appearances for them in all competitions, scoring 3 goals for an average rating of 6.
smp20
Just caught up on this. It was a slow start then it all seemed to click into place and you flew to the Bundesliga! Incredible first season in the Bundesliga followed by a season with two cup finals; just a shame to miss out on silverware. The future is definitely bright though, that last intake was class. Sonic Youth
Tenth is not as far down as I originally pictured. I guess the coming season will depend on who stays and who goes for strengthening at another tilt at qualifying for European competition, a cup title and league title. Deisler26
Season 11. We're up and down and I hope that we go back up and not down. The board want us to Attempt to Avoid Relegation and reach the Third Round of the DfB Pokal, all the while with a £875k wage budget and a £35.75m transfer budget. Deisler26
August 2031 Transfer Window All change, please! All change! Transfers IN: D/WB/M/AML Marcello Genius (£1.9m, FC Ingolstadt 04) Work Rate: 14, Pace 14, Technique: 12 - DNA: PASSED He was loaned, he was bought. A thoroughly solid player was easily snapped up for his agreed fee, just before he turned 25! MLC Saïd Ben Boina (P/ex, AS Monaco) Work Rate: 17, Pace 18, Technique: 11 - DNA: PASSED He had an optional £2m clause in, but he wanted to play in a role which we didn't use, so I let the option expire. Then, when Monaco made a swoop for one of my players, I took the opportunity to get him in part-exchange DR Hasan Ebrahimi (Free Agent) Work Rate: 14, Pace 14, Technique: 12 - DNA: PASSED A young Iranian-German was begging to be snapped up as we were very light in that position re: youth ST Jeff Coelho (Free, VfB Stuttgart) Work Rate: 14, Pace 14, Technique: 14 - DNA: PASSED A young Luxemburger-German was available for nothing and we were suddenly very light on strike force options. It was a little bit of a panic buy, but I'm hoping it'll pay off ML/AMRC/ST Thorsten Adamowski (Free Agent) Work Rate: 19, Pace 15, Technique: 13 - DNA: PASSED This was a serious gamble. The ex-RB Leipzig player was fast approaching my hard cap with regards to age, but I could do with some cover on the left and right. M/AMC/ST Sander Kotsaris (£500k, FC Bayern München) Work Rate: 15, Pace 14, Technique: 15 - DNA: PASSED A very interesting deal this. I'd had the Greek international scouted from a season or two ago, but in a Deadline Day trawl of players, he was somehow available for peanuts (maybe because they'd just signed a player for £136m!) and it was a no-brainer to sign him Transfers OUT: AMRC/ST Jovica Stamenković (£25m + player, AS Monaco FC) DC/DM Celinho (£52m, TSG Hoffenheim 1899) DM/M/AMC/ST Tomáš Seman (£75m, Chelsea FC) M/AMC Lazar Jović (£89m, Real Madrid C.F) MC/AMLC/ST Ilija Stojkovski (£10m, Mainz 05) MC/AMRLC/ST Luis Javier (£10m, VfB Stuttgart) Well, a crazy, topsy-turvy window. We were raided badly by a number of clubs for our best players and we were kinda left to scramble at the deadline. No idea if we'll suffer for it, but we *shouldn't* be relegated. Should we?
