Post fifa break changes

Hello all,


I would like to ask a general advice here. When I'm managing decently big teams with lots of international players, after each fifa breack I have quite a big dip in form and it takes me a couple of matches to go back to the form I had before that break. I usually rotate the most tired players out and I see that lately is not even enough as many of my rotation players also come tired from the break.

Does any of you make any more changes than just rotating players? changes on training? tactics? What do I do to minimise that bleed of points that could be crucial for the title race?

I will rest a player for 1 game if I get an inbox message from the staff about him being tired but apart from that only normal squad rotation- although I use rotation heavily in normal circumstances so it is not really noticed.
