kentonizking Posted August 22, 2021 Share Posted August 22, 2021 (edited) That troublesome 'sign high profile players' club vision could be helped if there was a metric that showed us who made the most money per season for their club, via merchandise and/or shirt sales (Like Ronaldo is reportedly worth £xxM IRL). MasterKano Posted August 22, 2021 Share Posted August 22, 2021 The financial side of the game needs expanding, negotiating sponsor contracts and such as a manager or at least being involved in those discussions would be a good addition to the game. That being said your suggestion is good, I'd like a commercial breakdown of what each player contributed to the club, for the top players they should be able to negotiate a percentage of the merchandise sales as part of their contract negotiations. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Perhaps this list would be more of something that a director of football or the board would have access to rather than the manager. We've always maintained that our priority with the game is making a simulation for being a Football Manager which this could potentially sit outside of.
