Zemahh
You need to take a screenshot of your tactic and show it to us if you want people's opinions. 4 hours ago, HugoLazgo12 said: i dont know on what wrong with my tactics, maybe this team was not good enough to get an promotion or maybe i have very horrible players that dont know how to defend or score goals What are your board expectation and media prediction like? How does your squad compare to the rest of the league (Team Report -> Squad Comparison)? Where does your club stand in terms of wages spent? All of those should give you a decent idea about what your squad is capable of and whether you're underperforming or not.

Fatkidscantjump
Your setup of roles and duties makes very little sense, and your team instructions are way too risky. I would make those changes. - remove all team instructions - change midfield roles / duties so you have 1 of each duty, and one of each type : destructor, creator, runner. - change both Central defenders duties to defend. - change Cwb to Wb or Fb - change front 3 roles so you have 1 or 2 attack duties. You need creator(s) and finisher(s).
Hovis Dexter
I’d recommend reading Pairs and Combinations . It’s not too long and provides an excellent guide as to which roles work with each other and which roles do not work well together
Hovis Dexter
Specifically, I’d suggest that you keep it simple and remove pretty much all the team instructions and also start with non specialist roles. IMO you can’t go very wrong with a back row comprising of two FBs or WBs on support plus two CD(d). For the the three central midfielders I’d change the RPM to a DLP(d) because it’s less of a specialist role with one supporting and one attacking midfielder in front of him. As for the front three I’d suggest having either two on attack duty and one on support or one on attack and two on support. As @Fatkidscantjumpsaid, you’ll want a mixture of creator(s) and finisher(s)
