Privately Agreed Transfers + announcing them publicly

Given what happened with Jack Grealish, and the fact that in the time between the £100m sale being privately agreed and then publicly announced, Villa were able to spend much of the incoming fee without a premium being applied to their purchases, I think it would add another level of realism into transfers if other clubs recognised if you'd just had a windfall of cash injected into your club via a major transfer sale, and then applied a premium to any player you wanted to buy.

A way to mitigate this would be to request a future date in which to announce the deal to the world - but still have the funds from that sale to go ahead and replace the player sold.
