I got a problem with the medical center, I was looking advice on the fatigue of players but despite having the sport scientist , it says it cannot show info about fatigue due need of one sport scientist. Not for me and I see not for at least one other above. In FM21 I believe this was all changed where you see in that column: LOW, FRESH, HIGH, etc. I found this image to show what is NOT showing for me and has pretty much never in FM22 at all. Otherwise I would highly suggest to create one.
