I noticed players like Daniel Sturridge and Roland Lamah are not finding a team. I find this quite odd and sad. Even when they are over 30 year old this kind of players really should find a team and there's more players who I'm not watching. Procedure: Simulating a save where's full detail leagues from Argentina, Brazil, England, France, Germany, Holland, Italy and Spain. Taking a look how long players are out of contract. I take control different reputation teams and offer him a contract first in August 2021 and then 2022 January. August 2021 test. Liverpool Leicester Aston villa 2022 January (still unemployed) Liverpool Leicester Aston villa (More willing, 2021 august he said staff only) Huddersfield Conclusion Aleksandar Kolarov was more willing at 2022 january to join lower reputation teams but still he didnt want to join lowest reputation teams after 6 months of unemployment. It seems some older high reputation players tend to trap them selves to end career even when they could play at high level but in lower reputation team. Could this be improved? Pasonen Posted August 7, 2021 Author Share Posted August 7, 2021 (edited) 19th of may I took control Crystal palace which already lost in Championship league playoff's and offered contract for Aleksandar Kolarov. He accepted this regular starter contract even when he was after a non playing contract. I find it very odd that no club really want this guy with such a high skills even when he is 36 years old. by the way if I continue this save he will retire and come very bad assistant manager.
