donnghia
He has been 3,5 star at 20 and still like that at 21, there are no "WHITE STAR" anymore So that's it mean he is at his FULL POTENTIAL and Certainly will never develop ? It seem like not reflex the real-life too much, Player who reach his full potential at 20 and never Go Up seem hard to see
rusty217
Probably. Can't say for sure without the actual CA/PA figures though. It does reflect real life though. Players that peak early are rare, but they definitely do exist. Mario Balotelli is one.

This is why ‘potential’ needs to be tied in with all of those things in FM. There doesn’t seem to be strong enough links right now to the PA number and personality traits/hidden attributes. If he truly stops getting better you'll have to decide what to do, but if he stops it just means that he wasn't that good in the first place, misjudgements happen! EDIT: looking at the stats i'd play him as a CAM, he is pretty good still, look at it this way: if he isn't good enough for you, you can offload him to man UTD and get a boatload of cash Edited June 24, 2021 by Leon92 forgot something

If they only changed that then the risk is that it would become much easier for the user to know if a player will reach their potential before even buying the player. In real life people dont know. Anecdotally though in the game I'm pretty sure most of the top players have good personalities.

Kind of a shame you can't get to experience the full spectrum of the game until 10-15 years in with respect to personalities.
