FC Bayern - Solid tactic, poor results

Hi, I started with Bayern and just downloaded a tactic to see how it performs in my save. I played around 80% games with this tactic and the rest with mine but same bad results.

I don't know what's the issue it looks like my players just can't play football, they make stupid decisions, avoiding passing to striker ridiculously often! so Lewandowski after 15 games has just 4 goals. He barely has any occasions to shoot. The whole game just feels so random, nothing I tell my players comes on the pitch. I tell them to cross less often, they cross all the time, I tell them to cross in the middle of the box, they look for a far post. I'm just so irritated after buying this game.

Training is led by my assistant.

If you have problems with a downloaded tactic created by another person, then I would advise you to directly contact the creator of the tactic and ask him for help. Because those plug'n'play tactics are very specific and thus cannot be analyzed in the same way as normal tactics that we discuss here regularly. I hope you understand what I mean
