Teammeetings before games to discuss tactics

My question is simply, Where have the teammeetings before every game, where you set your best tactics for that game and you interact with your players to see there reaction? You set the formation, the tactics, everything before every match and at the same time you interact with the players to say why that tactic are Good for that game because you are a big favorite, a underdog or just because you know the formation well! The game is Football Manager 2021 on Mac!
