This player is so good for a 38 years old?

I used to have a so good for 20 years old. But now this player is So Good for a 38 years old? may be only Ronaldo can keep his form that much at 38... Sure it must be because of their 20 natural fitness? We all complaint that Elder player decrease so fast in FM21, but not all of them...!

p/s: He just score for Italia in Real-life at Euro 2021

It's that natural fitness. Prevents physical decline/total collapse for a lot longer than most players.

Nice though. I like an aging pro.

What decide a player's lvl? I have 2 center defenders, both of them 3 stars but one said Serie B lvl and the another is just "leading player for Serie C".

The competence of the person you've asked to evaluate the player. It's not the game itself making up those stars you see but a specific member of staff.
