If you want to be "more productive", then you need to:

- improve central penetration

- get rid of possession overkill by reducing the number of playmakers (currently you have 3) as well as removing the excess of possession-friendly TIs

- remove the narrow width (to give your players more options in attack)

- be a bit less aggressive out of possession (to create more space up front)

- possibly up the mentality by one notch (to positive)
