FM21 - Licenced kits are gone

Hello fellow editors.
 

I'm hoping someone can guide me through, what seems to be a very specific issue..

I've downloaded the official kits for all the leagues in england, and made a game with Leyton Orient. 
All my changes are working as intended, the names, the attributes, and for 3 full seasons, the kits also worked. 

Now, I'm starting my 4th season, just promoted to the premier league, and all of a sudden my kits are gone. 
I've tried redownloading the kit pack, installing in-game editor and checking off the box allow licenced kits.
I've gone through my entire database, one change at the time, and everything is working. 
I might have done something wrong in the config file within league two (where Leyton originally is placed), I'm hoping that a friendly soul in here might know whats wrong, and can help me get my game back.
As you all editors probably know, the game is just not the same without these small tweaks.

Delete cache folder to see if that helps

Where are the kits missing? Everywhere or somewhere specific, like in match, from say an overview widget?

I’ve had conflicts with kits where teams have specific kits for certain competitions. If you have the in game editor you can look at a club’s kit list and remove the kit that is conflicting. In your case premiership kits.

If they’re missing from every screen and panel then it maybe a different issue.

I'll try my best explaining the issue.

I've had my licenced leyton orient kits since league two. i promoted through league two, league one and championship without "losing" my kits.
when i moved to prem, my kits are gone, but teams that were in league two with me the first season, still have their licenced kits. 
Some clubs have promoted to league one or relegated etc, and they also still have their licenced kits, but mine are gone.

When i press "club info" tab, the 3 kits usually show up here, but instead its just a basic fm21 generated shirt with no logos or anything.

It's missing on the Club'info page, and on the main menu where the jerseys are in the lockerroom.  EVerywhere i look, where the jerseys are shown, its the basic fm generated kits without logos etc.

when i moved the cache file to desktop, and checked off the option *allow licenced kits* 
and now it worked
