Promoting a staff member to the first team doesn't update their history

This has been an issue for a long time in FM. It's not a gamebreaker but for a roleplayer like me, it matters quite a lot.

In this example, I have a staff member join my U19 team as a coach. I then promoted him to the Reserves team as an assistant. So far, the histroy tab works fine. But after I promoted him to first team assistant, his history tab  remained unchanged, still saying Reserve Assistant Manager. 

I always keep track of big team's staff members, and whenever they promote a staff member to the first team, I see the same bug with the history remaining unchanged. I attached some screenshots as example.
