Custom League (Junior, U22) - Free agents, allowed to offer contracts to players over 22

Ran this by the PivotDB creator; but I made a highly customized database with a custom junior league into the base of PremierPivot. The rules should be U22, junior league. No one born before 1998. The Ai respects this rule and signs the appropriately aged players, but the free agent tab displays players that shouldn't be available for this specific league.

Checked the Transfer rules for the league, as well as the team settings.

As a GM, it allows you to make offers to players over 22, (well into their 30's). Also filtering using the assistant to filter out unrealistic targets, still leaves over 22 year olds in the list. As well as allowing you to make contract offers to them.

 

I've attached the save file using minimal db size, (in .7z format, it compressed it under 9M, versus 11M a .zip, but let me know if you need another format) with images of in-game rules. Ran it by PremierCreator and all of the rules/setup look to be correct (as far as we could see).
