There's a, designate training to your assistant manager option, and every assistant manager has a coaching value in every aspect (attacking ect).

Does the assistant manager coaching value reflect your own manager attributes in regards to training, I understand it's easier to designate, but is there a value for your characters coaching skill or is it just a maxed stat combined in some algebraic equation with facilities and other factors.

PC- you distribute attribute points, supposably.

Mobile- Badges, that are earned, which increase, (I imagine) some form of value and are carried over to new games if you want.

Xbox-... Unconfirmed, all I have found is a percentage gauge in the manager menu which is discribed as 'reflective' in the manual, this doesn't exactly explain if it increases some form of hidden values ect.
